Jim Riehl's Friendly Honda

I picked up by Honda Civic Sport Touring back in 2018 from here. Now it’s December 2023 and it’s here for its 100,000 mile oil change. Every experience with this establishment has been absolutely wonderful. This Civic has been so reliable, it’s only had to be serviced once for an AC compressor. Every oil change has been done here. Kayla has been a great service advisor every time I’ve brought the car in. Great business. My next car will definitely be from Jim Rhiel.

I reached out to Chris Doubleday in Sales through a referral for a 2024 CR-V Hybrid. From the very beginning, he was friendly, timely in his text responses, and clear and concise in regard to pricing, and possible delivery windows. Chris also went the extra mile to make sure that we were able to get the vehicle in the color we wanted. Given the current car market, this is not always easy. When we got there, he had everything ready to go, and the car looked just as we had expected it to. He took the time to take my dad through all the features of his new car which he appreciated. There were no surprises and the entire process was smooth. Thanks again for a great sales experience!

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Kayla, the service advisor at Jim Riehl , and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived at the dealership to the completion of my service, the level of professionalism and knowledge exhibited by the service advisor truly stood out. One of the key highlights of my interaction was the Kayla's in-depth knowledge of Honda products. She demonstrated a profound understanding of the intricacies of my vehicle and were able to answer all my questions with confidence and clarity. This not only instilled a sense of trust but also made me feel reassured that my vehicle would be in capable hands.

I broke my my passenger side mirror while backing up in the garage. The service department is just a delight to work with. Tyler took care of it within a day. I also talked to Denise who took care of setting up the appointment and was extremely helpful. Called me back right away with any changes. Super efficient and sincere in their service.

This review is being written as my originally purchased 2022 Honda Passport is being serviced by the same dealership. Things to note from this dealership is they do not have boundaries driving your personal vehicle without you present(vehicle has a tracker) or how they want to drive it. In fact I stayed there waiting for the car all day and there is now visible scratches on the driver side of the door now due to them leaning on the car, that wasn't there before. My car has been in the shop since yesterday morning 11am due to ignition start single popping sound from engine. Since then the service people including myself have heard the pops 3+ times. It is currently 12pm next day missing work and school and the only courtesy service they had was dropping me off home yesterday. I hear the pops every day on start up and even as I daily drive this vehicle and basically told me they have no clue what it is. Simple google search shows the problem! Said to "come back when it happens more often" - hours later I sent a video of the popping sound to them. Less than 30k miles brand new under warranty vehicle first owner.
